Review of Education 2022-2023
Background
The GDC has a statutory responsibility to promote high standards of education in all aspects of dentistry and, consequently, sets out requirements for all UK programmes that lead to registration as a dental professional. We have responsibility for the quality assurance of education and training leading to registration to make sure that each programme meets the requirements that have been set. The purpose of this process is to fulfil our primary role to protect patients.
