A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Mark has worked in HR roles in a range of blue-chip companies including BT, Tesco, Swiss Re and 10 years leading European HR in Japanese multinational businesses in the automotive and trading sectors.  He holds a Business Degree, a Masters in Law, a Certificate in the Psychology of Management and is an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.​

For seven years Mark worked as Joint Chief Executive at the East of England Co-Operative. This was a unique team environment where all Executive budgetary and decision-making responsibility was shared collegiately.  ​

Mark joined Community Dental Services, the UK’s largest dental social enterprise, as Director of People and OD in 2021.​

Mark has extensive experience in wellbeing, engagement, development and improving team performance; winning recognition from Training Journal and the Princess Royal Training Awards.
