Shalin is a Founder of Rodericks Dental and Chair of Rodericks Dental Partners, a group of 224 dental practices in England and Wales. He was a General Dental Practitioner with a specialist interest in orthodontics. He has had a number of roles in Postgraduate Dental Education, Tutor, Educational Supervisor, TPD, and now serves as the Associate Postgraduate Dental Dean for Foundation Training in Thames Valley and Wessex. In addition, Shalin is a founder member and director on the Board of the Association of Dental Groups, representing dental groups in the UK.
