Manish is a general dental practitioner with over 26 years of working in a mixture of small and large, busy multi-team practices serving large sections of the community as well as being a Clinical Director within {my}Dentist since February 2014.    

In his role as a Clinical Director, he leads a team of Clinical Advisor colleagues within {my}Dentist to support effective teamworking within the dental practices so as to ensure high levels of clinical standards and quality patient care.  

He has a strong commitment to continuous personal development through attending numerous courses and obtaining post graduate qualifications. He has also been leading the development and running of the mentorship scheme within {my}Dentist which has successfully trained hundreds of mentors and supports newly qualified colleagues gain help and support from experienced peers   

He is passionate about supporting colleagues through mentoring, induction, formulating personal development plans and supporting clinician career development.   

He is invested in the mentorship process and has been on the accredited mentor’s list with Health Education England. He is a Fellow of the College of General Dentistry and has been have been a facilitator of their certified membership programme. He is also on the GDC ‘s panel of Clinical Advisors.   

Additionally, he is part of a national network of dental mentors that supports colleagues that aims to provide dental professionals with a mentor and access to support involving career choices, leadership development or professional issues, with an interest in supporting on PDP, reflective writing and audits.   

Recently he was invited to be part of a clinical advisory board member for a large online training provider of CPD for dental professionals to help guide and lead on the design and delivery of high quality CPD for the entire dental team.
